We recently engaged with Michael Demian Real estate to sell our very unique family home in Moorebank Sydney, and we couldn't be happier with the experience and the result.
From our first meeting, Mickey demonstrated a deep understanding of the local Moorebank market. He provided a realistic appraisal and a clear, detailed strategy for the marketing campaign. His advice on minor styling adjustments made a huge difference in how the property presented online and during inspections.
What stood out the most was Mickeys communication and patience. Every step of the way, Mickey kept us informed with honest, transparent feedback after each open home. We never had to chase them for updates.
The whole team created a stress free experience, helping organise each step of the way, each person was kind and most importantly on the ball, knew exactly what they were doing.
When it came time for negotiations, his expertise shone through. Mickey worked tirelessly with interested parties and secured a final selling price that was a record for the street. He was honest and fair with all parties each and every step of the way, he did not shy away from any hard questions and he ensured he had time for everyone. A true gentleman.
Mickey and his teams professionalism, integrity, and genuine care for our needs made what is often a stressful process remarkably smooth. We would highly recommend Michael and Demians Real Estate to anyone looking to buy or sell property in Moorebank or surrounding areas.
Thank you, Michael, Mark and team for your hard work and for achieving a fantastic outcome for our family!
